Job summary

ProAmpac is seeking an Extrusion Assistant in the Extrusion Department in Wisconsin. You will prepare and handle raw materials, load/unload rolls, and manage waste while keeping areas stocked. This entry-level role supports continuous manufacturing in a climate-controlled plant.

You’ll work a 12-hour 2-2-3 shift rotating days and nights, and you must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. On-site teamwork and safe material handling are essential, with opportunities to grow within a global leader in
