Job summary

Ravago is seeking Production Technicians to lead safe, efficient production of quality material at our Manchester, TN facility. The role involves working in a non-climate controlled environment with 12-hour shifts, moving and packaging raw and finished goods, and ensuring boxes are properly labeled and conform to customer requirements.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent and the ability to lift up to 55 lbs; forklift experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be able to lift 55 lbs regularly.
• Able to read, comprehend, and type when needed.
• Forklift experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Work in a non-climate controlled environment.
• Move, load and package raw and finished goods.
• Complete box sheets with box numbers, end temperatures, weights, and Conforming/Non-Conforming status.
• Label boxes with Product ID, weights and customer requirements.
• Retrieve a quality sample from each box for quality inspections.
• Complete product change overs to prevent contamination.
• Use overhead crane to transfer blending totes to the extruder.
• Follow Quality, Safety and Environmental procedures.
• Uphold Ravago's Code of Conduct.
