Job summary

Ravago Manufacturing Americas is seeking Production Technicians to lead the safe and efficient production of quality material in a non-climate controlled facility in Manchester, TN. You will follow Quality, Safety & Environmental procedures and operate equipment, move and package materials, and prepare accurate box sheets.

• Complete box sheets with accurate weights and statuses.
• Label boxes with Product ID and weights.
• Retrieve quality samples for inspections.
• Perform changeovers and prevent cross-contamination.
• Operate overhead crane to transfer materials.

Responsibilities

• Lead safe and efficient production of quality material.
• Adhere to all quality, safety and environmental procedures.
• Move, load and package raw and finished goods on the line.
• Complete and document box sheets with proper data.
• Ensure correct labeling on all boxes.
• Take samples for quality inspections and display on the line.
• Perform changeovers with minimal risk of contamination.
• Operate overhead crane for material transfers.

We are looking for Production Technicians to lead the safe and efficient production of quality material that meets customer requirements.

About The Position

• Work in a non-climate controlled environment.
• Follow all Quality, Safety & Environmental Procedures.
• Forklift experience "preferred but not required".
• Move, load and package Raw and Finished Goods.
• Complete box sheets correctly with box numbers, finished end temperatures, correct weights, and indicate whether the box is “Conforming” or “Non-Conforming”.
• Ensure that boxes are labelled correctly – Product ID, correct weights and any other customer requirements.
• Retrieve a quality sample from each box to place on the quality board for that line for quality inspections.
• Complete change overs from one product to another, ensuring there isn’t any contamination.
• Use an overhead crane to transfer blending totes of mixed materials to top of the extruder.
• Uphold Ravago’s Code of Conduct.

Education: A High school diploma or equivalent.
