ManpowerGroup is recruiting an Extrusion Production Helper in Jackson, Missouri. The role supports the extrusion production team through material handling, sampling, and quality tasks on rotating 12-hour day/night shifts. Training will be provided for applicants with strong reliability and teamwork.

Ideal candidates demonstrate honesty and a strong work ethic, with willingness to learn and adapt to various tasks in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Responsabilités

• Use walk-behind pallet movement and weighing rolls to assist in material handling.
• Cut cores and pull bubbles or cut air from the web to ensure product quality.
• Take samples to the lab for testing and analysis.
• Assist in making scrap bales and pulling shafts as needed.
• Hang and line up cores, stock machines with supplies such as tape, Q-tips, trim blades, and pallets.
• Set and check dyne levels, opacity, gauges, widths, and roll diameters to maintain standards.
• Cut and take samples to the lab for quality control.

Our client, a leading manufacturer in the extrusion industry, is seeking a dedicated Extrusion Production Helper to join their team. As an Extrusion Production Helper, you will be an integral part of the production department supporting various operational tasks. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic, honesty, and reliability, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Extrusion Production Helper

Location: Jackson, MO

Pay Range: $18

Shift: Rotating between Days and Nights-work 2 weeks of days and then 2 weeks of Nights-12 Hour shifts 7-7

What's the Job?

• Use walk-behind pallet movement and weighing rolls to assist in material handling

• Cut cores and pull bubbles or cut air from the web to ensure product quality

• Take samples to the lab for testing and analysis

• Assist in making scrap bales and pulling shafts as needed
