ManpowerGroup is seeking an Extrusion Assistant Operator in Sussex, WI to support the Extruding Department. You will assist with operating blown film lines, follow detailed procedures, and help produce high-quality film while focusing on safety.

The role offers a guaranteed 48 hours per week, a three-day weekend, and a night shift premium of $2 per hour. Starting pay is $20 per hour with training on day shift first week.

Qualifikationen

• Forklift experience to move rolls after production.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to complete first week of training on day shift (Mon–Thu, 6:45 AM–6:45 PM) before transitioning to B Shift.
• Comfort working Monday through Thursday with a three-day weekend each week.
• Ability to follow production procedures and maintain quality standards while supporting line efficiency.

As an Extrusion Assistant Operator, you will be part of the Extruding Department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will bring a strong commitment to safety, the ability to learn and follow detailed production procedures, and the drive to help produce high-quality blown film efficiently.
