ManpowerGroup is seeking a Production Helper in Fontana, CA to support day-to-day production operations. You will help move materials, operate equipment, and ensure safety and quality standards are met in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Our client, a manufacturing environment, is seeking a Production Helper to join their team. As a Production Helper, you will be part of the production team supporting day-to-day operations that keep materials moving, equipment running safely, and product quality on track. The ideal candidate will have a strong safety mindset, a willingness to follow operational instructions, and the drive to stay consistent in a fast-paced setting.

What's the Job?

• Operate assigned machinery and/or equipment and/or perform physical loading and unloading of materials in a safe and productive manner according to Operational Standard Work and supervisor instructions.

• Operate equipment associated with producing units and/or material handling equipment as assigned.
