James Hardie in Scranton, PA is seeking a full-time production helper to support extrusion operations in a large, 24/7 manufacturing facility. The role includes assisting the operator, ensuring product quality, and following safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Assist extrusion operator to run equipment and ensure quality products.
• Conduct quality checks on color, surface, size, and packaging readiness.
• Move pallets and package finished material per product specs.
• Clean machines and perform routine housekeeping in production areas.
• Record production operator reports and other required paperwork.
• Communicate daily issues to team leaders and production staff.
• Follow safety procedures and plant policies.
• Read and follow written/verbal instructions, including gauges.
