The AZEK Company in Scranton, PA is seeking a dedicated Production Assistant to support the extrusion operator in a large, 24/7 manufacturing environment. This full-time role offers a $18–$19/hour pay range and a $1,500 sign-on bonus for qualified hires.

You will assist with machine cleaning, packaging finished material, quality checks, and daily production reporting while following safety procedures and company policies to ensure quality and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1 year minimum work experience.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Ability to read ruler; English literacy and math skills.

Responsabilités

• Contributes to accident-free operations and safety compliance.
• Assist extrusion operator to produce quality products.
• Monitor quality checks to ensure product standards.
• Package finished material and move materials as needed.
• Complete production and quality paperwork.
• Perform housekeeping in production area.
