Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of QC test procedures.
• Demonstrated record-keeping skills.
• Can perform and teach all extrusion operating procedures and controls.
• Ability to work with little or no supervision.

Responsibilities

• Work safely and follow safety rules.
• Maintain and update HMI recipes and standard changeover plans.
• Create, review and revise standard work documents as needed.
• Monitor melt index tracking and process capability.
• Record and communicate processing abnormalities and resolutions.
• Train employees in standard work and lead Tech III training.
• Lead 5S initiatives and support processing plans in leader's absence.
• Support remote crews on off shifts when needed.
