Qualifications

• Ability to support safe operation of pilot plant equipment in a hands-on environment.
• Demonstrated reliability in following SOPs and completing assigned tasks.
• Commitment to working safely and following procedures, including PPE and LOTO.
• Willingness and ability to perform hands-on work in a pilot plant.

Responsibilities

• Supports the safe operation of pilot plant equipment and assists with setup and shutdown.
• Performs routine checks, troubleshooting, and escalates issues to maintain availability.
• Monitors equipment and assists with safe recovery actions during trials.
• Operates pilot plant process equipment under supervision and follows safety requirements.
