The role focuses on setting up extruders, reading orders, selecting resins, operating equipment, and maintaining quality standards on 12-hour rotating shifts. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in warehouse operations, strong attention to detail, good communication, and the ability to work in a team with overtime as required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all areas are clean, safe, and well maintained.
• Set up machine to specifications on the order.
• Read orders, select proper resins and additives.
• Operate extruders at maximum output with minimum scrap.
• Set up machine to standard set-up time and procedure.
• Operate extruders and resin-handling equipment.
• Meet production targets and waste targets.
• Troubleshoot machine when down or underperforming.
• Assist maintenance with repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Ensure daily operation aligns with Quality System policies.
