Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Mechanical/technical aptitude.
• Ability to read a tape measure to increments as small as a 1/32 inch.
• Entry level computer skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly; written and verbally.
• 1–2 years of stable manufacturing experience preferred.
• A background check and a drug screen are required for employment.

Responsibilities

• Operate extrusion equipment to produce rolls meeting quality and profile specifications.
• Accurately complete and process all documents necessary for tracking extrusion operations.
• Make process changes and roll changes.
• Inspect quality during the extrusion process and finished rolls.
• Communicate pertinent information at shift change.
• Understand and practice all safety procedures and rules.
• Know the locations of and how to operate emergency stop buttons and fire extinguishers in your area.
• Provide relief to other team members as necessary.
• Follow standard operating procedures.
