Job summary

Parker Hannifin Parflex Division is seeking an Extrusion Machine Operator to set up and run thermo-plastic extruders, ensuring high-quality hose and tubing products for defense, aerospace, and energy sectors.

The role requires HS diploma or GED and experience in manufacturing operations. Training will occur on 1st shift before moving to 3rd shift; full-time hours with comprehensive benefits and a focus on safety and precision.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Machine operation experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Measurement skills with precision measuring tools.

Responsibilities

• Sets up and operates thermo-plastic extruders and auxiliary equipment per engineering specs.
• Uses precision measuring instruments and records tests to ensure quality.
• Changes tooling and monitors process to ensure proper dimensions and detects irregularities.
• Handles materials for each assigned process.
• Documents logs and reports as required.
• Participates in area and process team projects and activities.
