Job summary

Qualifications

• Operate extrusion equipment safely and accurately according to procedures.
• Maintain legible production reports and document data consistently.
• Perform die changes and line changeovers up to 10 per day.
• Ensure products meet internal and industry specifications (UL, NSF).
• Support daily preventative maintenance and continuous improvement activities.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate computer-controlled extrusion equipment and perform die changes.
• Make line adjustments to meet internal quality standards.
• Record all required production data clearly on reports.
• Collect and submit quality samples as required.
• Troubleshoot basic extrusion issues and escalate as needed.
