Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands in Martinsburg, WV, is seeking an Extrusion Associate 3 to train and advance through the EA4 path, operating extrusion lines to produce vinyl siding products while maintaining product specifications and QA standards.

You will learn to verify equipment, perform quality checks, and collaborate with maintenance and QA teams; start with six months in EA3 and potential promotion to EA4 within 12 months.

Qualifications

• High School/GED required with ability to read and write.
• Six months of related or production experience required.
• Must be able to perform basic math and read blueprints or specifications.
• Must be quality and safety conscious and a reliable team member.
• Must have good communication skills and attendance.

Responsibilities

• Operate extrusion lines and ensure outputs meet product specs.
• Maintain equipment settings and support QA testing of finished products.
• Pass proficiency tests for EA4 promotion within 12 months.
