Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking an Extrusion Associate 3 in Martinsburg, WV. This training role prepares you to advance to EA4, learning to operate extrusion lines for vinyl siding products while maintaining quality and adherence to specifications.

The position includes day-shift hours, on-site work, and benefits from day one. As you progress, you’ll be tested for proficiency to move to EA4 within 12 months.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED required.
• Six months of related or production experience preferred.
• Must read, write and understand basic machine mechanics.

Responsibilities

• Learn to operate extrusion lines and meet product specifications.
• Maintain line equipment settings to ensure quality outputs.
• Perform quality assurance tests on finished product.
• Notify supervisors of deviations and assist with problem resolution.
• Complete extrusion and QA paperwork accurately.
