Inpro in Muskego, WI is seeking an Extrusion Operator to set up, start, run and monitor extrusion lines, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.

You will load materials, adjust process variables, inspect products, document results, and support preventive maintenance while working 12-hour shifts.

This hands-on role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and dependable attendance in a continuous 24/7 operation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Forklift certification or the ability to obtain certification.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality products.
• Mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
• Dependable attendance and a strong commitment to workplace safety.

Responsibilities

• Set up, start, operate, and shut down extrusion production lines.
• Load raw materials and maintain proper material flow throughout production.
• Monitor machine temperatures, line speeds, product dimensions, and overall process performance.
• Make process and color adjustments to ensure products meet specifications.
• Perform routine quality inspections and accurately document inspection results.
• Assist with troubleshooting equipment issues and support preventive maintenance activities.
• Maintain accurate production records and communicate effectively during shift handoffs.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
• Support production on other extrusion lines as needed.
• Follow all company policies, quality standards, and safety procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
