You will load materials, track temperatures and speeds, perform inspections, and participate in shift handoffs, with opportunities to grow technical skills in a collaborative manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification.

Responsibilities

• Set up, start, operate, and shut down extrusion production lines.
• Load raw materials and maintain proper material flow throughout production.
• Monitor machine temperatures, line speeds, product dimensions, and process performance.
• Make adjustments to ensure products meet specifications.
• Perform routine quality inspections and document results.
• Assist with troubleshooting equipment issues and preventive maintenance.
