Responsibilities

• Set up, start, operate, and shut down extrusion production lines.
• Load raw materials and maintain proper material flow throughout production.
• Monitor machine temperatures, line speeds, product dimensions, and process performance.
• Make process and color adjustments to meet specifications.
• Perform quality inspections and document results.
• Assist with troubleshooting equipment issues and preventive maintenance.
• Maintain production records and communicate during shift handoffs.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
• Support production on other extrusion lines as needed.
• Follow all company policies, quality standards, and safety procedures.
