Inpro Corp. is seeking an Extrusion Machine Operator to set up, run, and monitor extrusion equipment in a 24/7 manufacturing environment at our Muskego facility. You will load materials, adjust processes, and ensure product quality while following safety standards.
The role requires mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work rotating day and night shifts with overtime as needed. A high school diploma and forklift certification (or the ability to obtain) are preferred.

As an Extrusion Operator, you'll be responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring extrusion equipment to manufacture quality products while maintaining our high standards for safety, efficiency, and productivity. This position follows a 12-hour rotating Panama schedule (2-2-3) in a continuous 24/7 manufacturing operation.
