Job summary

CQ Medical in Pennsylvania is seeking a manufacturing assembler to operate extrusion and perforation equipment, inspect products, and pack materials for a fast-paced production line.

You will perform preventative maintenance, lift up to 50 lbs, and follow safety protocols while supporting a team focused on delivering high-quality radiotherapy devices. Shift requires early morning hours with multiple days per week.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 2 years' experience in assembly, maintenance, manufacturing production, or related skills.
• Extrusion or similar manufacturing experience.
• Basic computer skills.
• Experience in a fast-paced work environment.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Must be able to read and speak English to understand work instructions.
• Must be team-oriented in the medical device industry.
• Must be able to work Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM; Wed 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Operate extrusion equipment.

• Inspect materials visually and with hand tools.

SHIFT: This position is Wed, Thu., & Fri., 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. (Other duties may be assigned).

• Operating Extrusion Equipment
• Operating Perforation Equipment
• Inspection, visually and with hand measurement tools.
• Packing and labeling materials
• Preventative Equipment Maintenance

Required Education and/or Experience:

• Ability to work under limited supervision.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Manual dexterity and motor coordination.

• Knowledge of workplace safety.
• Must be able to read and speak English to understand work instructions.
• Must be willing to acquire an understanding of the manufacturing process.
• Must be team-oriented and understand the customer-focused nature of the medical device industry.
