What You’ll Do:

Reporting to the VP of Ops, this full-time, on-site, non-exempt role involves setting up and operating extrusion machines according to established procedures, guidelines, and customer requirements. Responsibilities include:

• Set up and adjust extrusion line and auxiliary equipment for specified sheet thickness, width, roll diameter/weight, silicone load, and direction.
• Ensure quality objectives such as thickness, width, clarity, gels, carbon specs, and visual defects are met.
• Meet finished good roll diameter and weight requirements without exceeding maximum specifications.
• Perform general maintenance on equipment and communicate changes to team members.

Ideal Candidate:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years' experience operating and setting up extrusion machines
• Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills (preferred)

This position follows the ‘Pitman’ shift schedule, which involves 12-hour shifts in a 2-week cycle, with 24/7 coverage using 4 crews.
