Qualifications

• Manufacturing and/or machine operating experience preferred.
• Math skills; able to use scales.
• Good mechanical ability; able to measure/inspect product.
• Ability to handle physical aspects of the job; including moderate to heavy lifting.
• Able to pass pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Operate extruder and molding machines to produce quality products.
• Familiarize with weighing scales and gauges for measurement.
• Operate the press and follow work instructions.
• Perform visual inspections and coordinate with quality control.
• Package finished parts and tag work orders.
• Complete paperwork associated with work orders.
• Suggest preventive measures and process improvements.
• Keep machines and surrounding area clean and well-maintained.
