Hamilton Connections is seeking a CNC operator for a manufacturing facility in Bethel, CT. This temp-to-hire role offers steady hours from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, with a wage of $25 per hour.

You will set up and operate CNC lathe and milling machines to meet production goals and maintain safe operations. Qualifications include CNC lathe/milling experience, setup skills, blueprint reading, and familiarity with calipers and micrometers.

Formación

• Experience operating CNC lathe and milling machines.
• Set-up experience on CNC equipment.
• Mastercam experience is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Experience using calipers and micrometers for inspection.
• Physically capable to perform job duties and overtime if needed.
• Willing to pass pre-employment screenings.

Responsabilidades

• Operate and set up CNC lathe and milling machines to meet production goals
• Maintain safe operations by following safety procedures and regulations
• Perform in-process quality checks to verify customer requirements
• Conduct routine machine maintenance
• Communicate issues with parts, equipment and workmanship
• Update supervisors on work order status and potential issues
• Perform other duties as assigned
