Qualifications

• Basic math and measurement skills required.
• Mechanically inclined with comfort using hand tools and measuring devices.
• Able to read and follow written and verbal instructions.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Operate extrusion machines on designated production lines.
• Change dies and maintain/calibrate machinery to meet specs.
• Make equipment adjustments to ensure quality output.
• Keep workstation clean and organized; ensure material stock.
• Assist packing with requirements and coordinate with packers.
• Safely operate forklift and overhead crane for material handling.
• Read instructions and follow established procedures.
