Washington Mills is seeking a Machine Operator in Sun Prairie, WI to run extrusion equipment and related cell machinery, ensuring a steady feedstock supply and meeting quality specifications.

You will work with Production Mechanics and management to resolve equipment issues, with a 1st shift from 5:30 am to 2:00 pm, Monday through Friday. A strong safety mindset and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Industrial experience is a plus.
• Willing to learn all equipment specific to the plant operations.
• Strong commitment to safety and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Supply feedstock to extrusion equipment and ensure a steady supply of material.
• Complete paperwork for each production lot before it leaves the extrusion area.
• Accurately report daily extrusion totals for designated lines.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.
