Inpro in Muskego, WI is seeking an Extrusion Operator to set up, operate and monitor extrusion lines, ensuring safety, quality and efficiency in a 24/7 continuous manufacturing environment.

You will load materials, control temperatures and line speeds, document results, and support maintenance while collaborating with a team to meet daily production targets.

Day shift is 5:00am–5:00pm on a 2‑2‑3 rotating Panama schedule, with occasional overtime and weekend work as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot basic equipment.
• Detail-oriented with commitment to quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Set up, start, operate, and shut down extrusion production lines.
• Load raw materials and maintain proper material flow.
• Monitor temperatures, line speeds, product dimensions, and process performance.
• Make adjustments to meet specifications.
• Perform quality inspections and document results.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and assist preventive maintenance.
• Maintain production records and communicate during shift handoffs.
• Keep work area clean, safe, and organized.
• Support other extrusion lines as needed.
• Follow company policies, quality standards, and safety procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
