Responsibilities

• Lead operation of extrusion lines (Blown Film or Coater) including changeovers, start-up, running and shutdown.
• Ensure safety and world-class manufacturing practices in daily work.
• Run jobs per customer and manufacturing specifications and SOPs.
• Organize and store resin properly and keep documentation up to date.
• Direct and train extrusion assistants to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.
