The role requires a high school diploma and at least two years of manufacturing experience, with forklift operation as a plus.

Qualifications

• Operates extrusion equipment and inspects film quality.
• Completes production paperwork and quality checks.
• Sets up controls to regulate temperature, vacuum, and pressure.

Responsibilities

• Operate extrusion line to produce plastic film rolls.
• Adjust controls for width, gauge, tension, and weight.
• Inspect extruded product and correct defects to meet specs.
• Package finished rolls and prepare for shipping.
• Record production statistics and material usage.
