Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a Production Associate 1 in Bryan, TX to join our manufacturing team. You will perform various production operations, ensure quality standards, and contribute to overall process efficiency.

You will operate equipment, handle materials, read work orders and basic drawings, and collaborate with teammates to meet daily production goals while following safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Proficiency in using basic hand tools and power equipment.
• Read and comprehend written and verbal instructions.
• Basic math skills, including fractions and decimals.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong safety awareness and commitment to workplace safety.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities
