Job summary

ProAmpac is a global leader in flexible packaging, seeking an Extrusion Assistant for the Extrusion Department. You will prepare and handle raw materials, load/unload rolls, and change rubber/chill rolls while maintaining material flow.

You must safely manage waste, keep work areas stocked, and be able to lift up to 50 pounds. The role operates on a 2-2-3 rotating shift (12 hours) with a strong emphasis on safety, quality, and efficiency within a climate-controlled environment.

Qualifications

• Prepare and handle raw materials and resins.
• Safely load/unload rolls and change rubber/chill rolls.
• Properly manage waste and scrap materials.
• Keep machine areas stocked with materials.
• Store and dispose of waste materials properly.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
