Job summary

ProAmpac is seeking an Extrusion Assistant in the Extrusion Department. You will prepare and handle raw materials and resins, load/unload rolls, and manage waste while keeping areas stocked. The role uses forklift/clamp trucks and requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

ProAmpac offers a 2-2-3 rotating schedule with 12-hour shifts, paid vacation and holidays, and a comprehensive benefits package to support growth and safety.

Qualifications

• Experience with raw materials handling and resins.
• Ability to operate forklift and clamp trucks.
• Comfort with lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and handle raw materials and resins.
• Safely load/unload rolls and change rubber/chill rolls.
• Properly manage waste and scrap materials.
• Keep machine areas stocked with materials.
• Store and dispose of waste materials properly.
• Uses forklift/clamp trucks to transport product.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
