Job summary

ProAmpac is seeking an Extrusion Assistant in Wisconsin to support the extrusion department with raw material handling and roll changes. The role involves waste management, keeping work areas stocked, and operating forklift equipment.

Qualifications

• Experience in extrusion or manufacturing is a plus.
• Ability to operate material handling equipment safely.
• Capable of repetitive lifting and standing for long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and handle raw materials and resins.
• Safely load/unload rolls and change rubber/chill rolls.
• Properly manage waste and scrap materials.
• Keep machine areas stocked with materials.
• Store and dispose of waste materials properly.
• Uses forklift/clamp trucks to transport product.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
