You will perform inspections, adjust speeds and process parameters, and document all production data. The role requires teamwork, basic tool use, and adherence to safety standards.

Overtime and weekend coverage may be required to meet production schedules. The ideal candidate has a High School diploma or GED and basic mechanical aptitude, with a willingness to learn

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Production experience preferred but not required.
• Good verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Basic math, reading, and writing skills.
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to work in a team and follow safety procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Set up and operate extrusion and related equipment per changes/specs.
• Maintain line speeds, adjust settings, and monitor quality for production rates.
• Inspect products visually and with measurement tools; record parameters.
• Perform basic repairs and assist maintenance for major issues.
• Complete records and label materials with correct IDs and quantities.
• Load materials, manage hoppers, and handle scrap per needs.
• Keep work area clean and organized; comply with Lean/5-S.
• Attend to overtime and weekend shifts as required.
