Job summary

Henkel is seeking a hands-on operator for our Adhesive Technologies unit, joining a team focused on safe operation of production equipment and adherence to specifications. You will set up and adjust machinery, monitor output quality, and maintain daily records to support performance analysis.

The role emphasizes teamwork with production and quality teams, strict SOP and safety compliance, and the ability to address issues promptly to keep lines running smoothly.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 1-2 years of experience operating and troubleshooting mixing equipment and related machinery, preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience operating a forklift, preferred.
  • Detail-oriented for accurate measurement and adherence to specifications.
  • Ability to follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
  • Collaboration skills to work effectively with production and quality control teams.
  • Ability to identify and address issues promptly.

The hourly pay range for this role is $25.02. This range reflects the good‑faith minimum and maximum hourly rate the Company reasonably expects to offer for this position at the time of posting. This role is classified as non‑exempt, and employees are eligible for overtime pay in accordance with federal, state, and local laws. In addition to the hourly wage, employees in this position may be eligible for shift differentials, premium pay, bonuses, or other forms of compensation, depending on role and location. The Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as the candidate’s skills, experience, training, certifications, and work location.
