Job summary

Henkel is hiring for a hands-on production role in the United States. You will operate machines and ensure safety while adjusting equipment to meet manufacturing specs, with a focus on quality control and accurate daily records.

Preferred candidates have 1–2 years of experience with mixing equipment and forklifts, and are detail-oriented, SOP-driven, and collaborative with teams across production and quality control. 100% commitment to safety and process standards is expected.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 1-2 years of experience operating and troubleshooting mixing equipment and related machinery, preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience operating a forklift, preferred.
  • Detail-oriented for accurate measurement and adherence to specifications.
  • Ability to follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
  • Collaboration skills to work effectively with production and quality control teams.
  • Ability to identify and address issues promptly.

Thehourly pay range for this role is $25.02. This range reflects thegood‑faith minimum and maximum hourly rate the Company reasonably expects tooffer for this position at the time of posting. This role is classifiedas non‑exempt, and employees are eligible for overtime pay in accordance withfederal, state, and local laws. In addition to the hourly wage, employees inthis position may be eligible for shift differentials, premium pay, bonuses, orother forms of compensation, depending on role and location. The Company alsooffers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensationwill depend on factors such as the candidate’s skills, experience, training,certifications, and work location.
