Job summary

Henkel is hiring for a factory-based role in New York/Geneva area to produce batches, move materials, and maintain quality under 3rd shift hours. You will perform in-process checks, adjust batches, operate a forklift, and ensure a clean, organized workspace.

Responsibilities

  • Produce batches according to batch sheets with limited supervision in several steps.
  • Maintain efficient production to meet cycle time and quality goals.
  • Perform in-process checks and batch adjustments to stay within specifications.
  • Execute all electronic system transactions and material deliveries to production tanks.
  • Organize raw materials and maintain orderly inventory in the department.

What you´ll do
  • Produce batches according to batch sheetinstructions with no management direction in 1 to 2 of the 5 areas of thebatching process.
  • Produce batches in an efficient manner toaccommodate cycle time and quality goals.
  • Perform in-process checks to eliminate batchadjustments and bring the product into desired specification range.
  • Perform batch adjustments to bring bulk productinto desired specification range.
  • Performall electronic system transactions.
  • Deliverraw materials from staging, bulk, or warehouse to production tanks.
  • Deliverraw materials to production tanks and central weigh within procedure.
  • Organize raw materials in all departmentlocations
  • Maintain orderliness, cleanliness, andaccessibility of all departmental inventory areas and work areas in accordance with the 5Sstandards.
  • Investigate and help resolve raw materialinventory inaccuracies.
  • Operate aforklift
  • All otherduties as assigned.

Thehourly pay range for this role is $23.00 and $27.00 plus $2.00 shift differential. This range reflects thegood‑faith minimum and maximum hourly rate the Company reasonably expects tooffer for this position at the time of posting. This role is classifiedas non‑exempt, and employees are eligible for overtime pay in accordance withfederal, state, and local laws. In addition to the hourly wage, employees inthis position may be eligible for shift differentials, premium pay, bonuses, orother forms of compensation, depending on role and location. The Company alsooffers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensationwill depend on factors such as the candidate’s skills, experience, training,certifications, and work location.
