Job summary

TeleSearch Staffing Solutions is seeking an Extruder Operator for our Sparta, NJ client site with a hands-on manufacturing focus and a strong mechanical aptitude. You will set up extruders safely, perform die changes, and monitor production quality.

Responsibilities include reading work orders, using basic measurement tools, completing training and documentation. This is a 3rd shift (Sun-Thu, 11:00 PM–7:30 AM) with potential to move to 1st shift for the right candidate; pay ranges from $21.00 to

• Mechanical knowledge or hands-on mechanical experience.
• Ability to use basic measurement tools.
• Ability to read and speak English.
• Basic computer skills; strong computer experience is not required.
• Manufacturing experience is helpful but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs.

Hours: 3rd Shift Sunday - Thursday 11PM - 7:30AM Temp- to -Perm

Training begins on 1st shift hours Monday -Friday 7 AM - 3:30PM then transitions to 3rd shift hours.

Potential to keep on 1st shift for right candidate.

Pay: $21.00–$22.50
