Job summary

McMinnville-Warren County Chamber! in Sparta, TN is seeking a dependable Plastic Extruder Operator to join a growing manufacturing team. You will set up, operate, and monitor extrusion equipment in a fast-paced environment, ensuring product quality and efficiency.

The ideal candidate has mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work well with others. Overtime is possible; schedule is Monday through Thursday, 6:00am–4:30pm with paid overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in plastic extrusion or manufacturing preferred.
• Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., and stand for long periods.
• Reliable attendance and teamwork are a must.
