Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily lab operations to meet production schedules and quality standards
• Lead, train and supervise up to 10 technicians
• Monitor metrics and implement process improvements
• Oversee equipment calibration, maintenance, troubleshooting
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, GLP, safety and regulatory requirements
