Job summary

Penn Foster Group is seeking an Externship Advocate to support students through externship placement and completion. You will manage the externship CRM, expand a nationwide network of sites, collect required documentation, and mentor students throughout their clinical experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
• Experience in a healthcare education ecosystem and support of an LMS.
• Background in allied healthcare externship placement programs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely placement of eligible students into externship sites.
• Maintain communication with students and externship sites to facilitate placements.
• Build and expand a nationwide network of externship partners.
• Guide students through externship policies and expectations.
• Provide personalized, professional support to students throughout externships.
• Record student data and maintain documentation in the placement CRM.
• Collaborate with academics, learner success, instructors, and technology teams.
• Meet KPIs in placement rates, communication metrics, and student satisfaction.
