Cosette Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking an External Manufacturing Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of contract manufacturing and packaging partners supporting its brand portfolio.

You will lead Virtual Plant Team activities to drive supplier performance, contract adherence, and supply continuity. Responsibilities include managing CMOs/CPOs, monitoring supplier performance, coordinating production schedules, and driving continuous improvement across the external supply network; travel

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required in a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical manufacturing or supply chain experience.
• Experience working with CMOs/CPOs or external suppliers.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary operational contact for assigned CMO and CPO partners.
• Lead Virtual Plant Team governance and performance reviews for assigned suppliers.
• Monitor supplier performance against service, quality, delivery, and cost expectations.
• Manage production schedules, supply commitments, and inventory requirements.
• Coordinate issue resolution across internal and external stakeholders.
• Partner with Quality and Technical Services to drive supplier performance improvements.
• Ensure contract adherence and execution of supplier commitments.
• Track and mitigate supply continuity risks.
• Support product launches, technology transfers, validation activities, and lifecycle changes.
• Facilitate supplier business reviews and action plan execution.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the external supply network.
• Develop operational dashboards and supplier performance scorecards.
