Job summary

Structure Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Director External Manufacturing to lead all aspects of outsourced manufacturing for late‑stage programs.

You will manage CDMO partnerships, drive strategy, technology transfer, and ensure compliant, cost‑effective supply of APIs and OSd products. You will build and lead a high‑performing team, align manufacturing with quality, regulatory, and supply chain goals, and partner with global teams to deliver reliable launches and lifecycle management.

Qualifications

• Experience leading external manufacturing networks (CDMOs).
• Proven ability to define and execute external manufacturing strategy.
• Strong leadership and cross‑functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead identification, evaluation and management of CDMOs for API and drug product.
• Define, implement and monitor KPIs for external manufacturing performance.
• Oversee technology transfer, validation (PPQ) and CPV activities.
• Collaborate with Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain and Commercial teams to ensure launches and lifecycle management.
