Responsible for auditing all requisition forms for accuracy and performing administrative duties related to food, beverage, and general supplies inventory.

Responsibilities

• Input daily receipts and issues of all items into the purchasing and inventory software.
• Verify the accuracy of receipts, transfers, and requisitions.
• Assist with monthly inventories.
• Maintain accuracy of item setup in the inventory system.
• Enter new vendors into the purchasing system and assist with vendor registration.
• Ensure the safety and security of company information.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills to Help You Succeed

• Ability to read and follow routine instructions.
• Ability to operate basic office equipment.
• Perform duties under frequent time pressure in an interruptive environment.
• Strong math, analytical, and counting skills.
• Basic PC knowledge, focusing on data entry.
• Inventory control and warehouse experience preferred.
• Good communication skills to interface with various departments.

Qualifications
