Prepares and maintains documentation related to customer casino credit, check cashing processing, and maintenance of such accounts.
Responsibilities
Where You'll Make an Impact:
- Verifies and posts confidential credit information and identification credentials into the patron’s credit line.
- Processes casino credit applications and maintains customer files.
- Contacts customers directly by phone or face-to-face when taking credit applications.
- Communicates with banks, consumer credit reporting agencies, and casino credit reporting agencies.
- Obtains and documents patron casino credit information from other casinos.
- Inputs and authorizes new check cashing customers into the computer system.
- Audits mail-in markers payments, return check logs, and return marker logs.
- Suspends customers with return checks. Reviews and processes win/loss statements.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

- Must be computer literate and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Qualifications
Must-Haves:
- High School diploma or GED and at least one year of general office work experience.
- Ability to work in an environment with alcohol and smoking.
- Ability to secure and maintain licensure as required by the Virginia Gaming Control Board or other regulatory entities, or as required by Live!'s standards.
