Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; masters preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in research compliance and IRB management.
• Strong understanding of human research protection standards and regulations.
• Ability to travel locally as needed; hybrid onsite/telework model.

Responsibilities

• Oversee external IRB processes and manage reliance agreements for human subject research.
• Coordinate intake and local review of protocols before external committee submission.
• Maintain IRB management system data and communications with external IRBs and investigators.
• Collaborate with Privacy, Compliance, and clinical research units to ensure regulatory alignment.
