Job summary

MilliporeSigma is seeking a Manager of Corporate Content & Reputation to shape external storytelling for Life Science. You will lead communications on announcements, financials, and reputation management, balancing strategy with hands-on delivery.

Based onsite in Burlington, MA or St. Louis, MO, you will collaborate with Legal, Finance, Investor Relations, and Marketing to craft messages, manage crises, and deploy AI-enabled tools that improve workflow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.
• 7+ years in external or corporate communications, public relations, or journalism.
• Experience in life sciences, healthcare, or another regulated industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop external communications for priority business and reputation topics.
• Manage press releases from story development through approval and publication.
• Coordinate Life Science communications for financial results.
• Create external materials including briefings, statements, Q&As, and web content.
• Contribute to corporate storytelling and reputation-building programs.
• Coordinate communications for emerging issues and crises.
• Maintain core messages, boilerplate, and communications resources.
• Work with Media Relations to align announcements with media strategy.
• Develop and deploy AI tools to improve external communications workflows.
