You will work directly with senior management on local, regional, and global initiatives, leading projects end-to-end as part of a flexible, hybrid team.

You will identify and apply Data & AI opportunities, mentor junior colleagues, and pursue leadership tracks within the organization, with a transition window of about 2–4 years.

Qualificações

• Master's degree in natural sciences, engineering, or business.
• 2-5 years of management consulting experience.
• Proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Consult on strategic projects across Healthcare, Life Science, Electronics, and enabling functions.
• Lead local, regional, and global initiatives with senior management.
• Own projects end-to-end from design to implementation, guiding teams.
