Job summary

Bartlett Roofing in Boise, ID is seeking a Sales Representative for an in-office, full-time role with commission-based earnings and paid training. The position offers uncapped earnings, a fast-paced environment, and a path to leadership within a growing exterior renovations company.

You will identify leads, conduct roof inspections, and guide homeowners through the insurance claims process while working with a team that trains you from day one.

Responsibilities

• Identify leads and generate new prospects (in-office & door-to-door)
• Knock on doors and offer free roof inspections
• Own the full sales cycle - from initial inspection to closing the deal
• Conduct roof inspections & represent clients at insurance adjuster meetings
• Educate homeowners about our services and the insurance claims process
• Thrive in a fast-paced, autonomous environment while maintaining clear, professional communication
• Accurately document all sales activities through our mobile tools and CRM
