Bartlett Roofing in Spokane Valley, WA seeks a Sales Representative to lead the full sales cycle from inspection to close, working field-based hours. You will generate leads (in-office and door-to-door), conduct roof inspections, and support clients through insurance claim processes.

• Own the full sales cycle - from initial inspection to closing the deal.
• Conduct roof inspections & represent clients at insurance adjuster meetings.
• Educate homeowners about our services and the insurance claims process.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, autonomous environment with clear, professional communication.
• Accurately document all sales activities through CRM.
